Despatch Times
Orders are generally sent out within 1–3 working days. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking number when it’s on its way. If these don’t appear in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates. If a delivery is missed and the parcel isn’t rebooked or collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it may be returned to us. In that case, the cost of re-shipping will need to be covered before we can send it out again.
New Zealand Orders

Delivery is usually overnight, but can take up to 4 business days once dispatched.

Orders are shipped with CourierPost and sent signature required by default.

If you prefer to receive your parcel without a signature, we can arrange that — however, please note that we can’t take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen once delivered.

Addresses with ATL (Authority to Leave) override the signature requirement. If a parcel is stolen after being left under ATL, it’s the receiver’s responsibility to file a report with the police.
International Orders

Parcels are sent using DHL Express or NZ Post, which then hands over to your local postal service.

DHL Express usually delivers within 2–7 days.

NZ Post delivery can take 1–3 weeks, particularly for larger parcels.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All parcels are shipped as Merchandise. We can’t mark parcels as gifts or lower the declared value.
If your country doesn’t appear as an option at checkout, just get in touch and we’ll quote shipping for you.
Important for US Customers
From 29 August 2025, new import tariffs will apply to all goods entering the USA:

15% tariff on the value of the order (including shipping)

USD $10 US Government fee

USD $17 DHL handling fee
These charges are collected by DHL before your parcel can be released. We’re unable to cover these fees on your behalf. If they aren’t paid, the parcel will be returned and any refund will have return costs and a restocking fee deducted.
