Returns & Exchanges
As a small business, we do our best to keep things simple and fair. Returns and exchanges are accepted in specific situations and must be approved by us first. This helps ensure every product stays in perfect condition for the next customer.
How to Request a Return

Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once approved, send your item back with a tracked courier (signature required) within 3 days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

Unused and in brand-new condition

In original packaging with all labels and tags

Well protected to avoid damage in transit
We can’t accept returns if items are sent back late, show signs of wear or washing, or have odours, pet hair, or any damage. Poor packaging that leads to damage may also void the return.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

A 10% restocking fee applies to cover handling and non-refundable payment processing fees.

If the original shipping cost was subsidised, the difference may be deducted.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear.
Transaction fee examples:

Shopify NZ: 2.7% + $0.30

Shopify International: 3.5% + $0.30 + 2% currency conversion

PayPal: 5%
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping.
If your new item costs less and you’d like a refund for the difference, the usual restocking and transaction fees apply to that amount.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
The following can’t be returned or exchanged:

Sale items

Items damaged through wear, incorrect care or washing
Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, email us with clear photos and details.

Faulty items: we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Damaged in transit: contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
Store Credit
Any store credit issued for a return will be valid for 12 months.
Proof of Delivery
All returns must be sent back with tracked shipping and a signature. We can’t be responsible for lost parcels without tracking.
Final Say
We reserve the right to make the final call on all return, refund and exchange requests. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
